End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Sorosons regarding your use of the services, content, and features provided through the Sorosons account and associated platforms ("Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Sorosons Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. License

Sorosons grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

3. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright or trademark notices) of Sorosons or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.
• Use the Service in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality provided through the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are the intellectual property of Sorosons or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that Sorosons retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Service and remains in effect until terminated. Sorosons may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, if you violate any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey for any legal matter arising from or related to this EULA.
